These rates are based on minimum weekly rental. Surcharge will apply for shorter stay. Please contact us for details.
We have a US$600 damage deposit, refundable after checkout.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner or their Customer Service representative.
All Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to a 5% Service Charge and 7.5% Value Added Tax. Conversions to other currencies are as agreed to at the time of confirmed reservations and settlement of deposit.
All rates are per room only.
Three nights deposit per week is required to guarantee confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival for period May 1st – October 31st, and within 14 days of arrival for period November 1st – April 30th.
Refunds are not offered for no-shows or early checkouts.
The Property is cleaned daily by our maid.
